Welcome to THE GAIT, located in Ballantrae, Ontario. This tranquil facility backs onto 140 acres of private trails, with access to the York Regional Forest and is an ideal setting for pleasure and competitive riders alike.

Our Facilities Include:

* Individual and group turn-out in large paddocks

* Hacking on 140 acres of well-groomed private trails that are wide enough for a full vehicle to pass through. (Trail connects to the York Regional Forest)

* Round Pen

* Large Indoor Arena (180' x 80')

* Exercise Track

* Large Stalls

* Heated Viewing Room

* Private Lockers

Winter Indoor/Outdoor Board: In during bad weather conditions; out the rest of the time. Heated outdoor troughs in winter. All horses are allocated a stall for use when in the barn. $450/month.

Summer Board: $375/month May 1 to October 31st.

Basic Indoor Board & Care: Morning and Afternoon Feeding, Turn Out in Pasture and/or Arena, Manure Cleaning and Daily General Health Check $700/month.

Worming / Farrier: To be discussed.

Transport of Horses: Negotiable

Tune-Up Package
Daily 30 minute exercise (walk, trot, canter) $250 per week

Basic Exercising
40 minutes cardio work $30/horse or set.

Polo Services
